Free Domestic Shipping Within the United States

We're proud to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. International shipping is available to over 200 countries worldwide.

1. Shipping Operations

1.1 Domestic United States Shipping

All SculptSkin orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our California headquarters and distribution facilities using trusted carriers:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • Federal Express (FedEx)

We select the optimal carrier and route for each order to ensure timely, secure delivery.

1.2 International Shipping

For international destinations, we utilize:

  • DHL Express: For most international locations
  • Canada Post: For Canadian destinations
  • Local Postal Services: Corresponding national carriers in destination countries

2. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Our team carefully:

  • Verifies order accuracy and payment
  • Conducts final quality inspection on each device
  • Packages products with care using our premium materials
  • Coordinates with our shipping partners for optimal delivery

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

Important Notes on Delivery Times:

  • Delivery estimates exclude the 1–5 business day processing period
  • Delivery times exclude customs clearance delays (international orders)
  • Maximum delivery time for all orders is 45 business days from order date
  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances

4. Order Tracking

4.1 Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing:

  • Tracking number(s) for your shipment(s)
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your package online
  • Estimated delivery date

4.2 Tracking Updates

Please Allow Time for Updates: Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

If tracking shows no movement after 5 business days from shipment, please contact us at [email protected].

4.3 Orders Without Tracking

Some orders shipped via economy methods may not include tracking information. If tracking was not provided and your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

5. Split Shipments

Occasionally, items from a single order may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. This happens when:

  • Items become available at different times
  • Products require specialized packaging or handling
  • Optimal shipping routes differ for product types

Each package will have its own tracking number, and you'll receive notifications for all shipments.

6. Quality Packaging & Presentation

Every SculptSkin product is packaged with meticulous attention to detail:

  • Premium protective packaging designed specifically for our devices
  • Rigorous quality control inspection before shipment
  • Elegant, discreet exterior packaging
  • Complete documentation and user guides included
  • All authentic SculptSkin branded materials

7. International Shipping Considerations

7.1 Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs

Important for International Customers:

SculptSkin is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority or government. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Tariff Notice: Due to changing international trade policies and tariff regulations, additional fees may be assessed on international shipments. These tariffs are imposed by your government and must be paid by you (the customer) to receive your package. SculptSkin has no control over these charges and cannot predict or estimate tariff amounts.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for:

  • All customs duties and import taxes
  • Government-imposed tariffs on imported goods
  • VAT (Value Added Tax) or GST (Goods and Services Tax)
  • Any other fees required by your country's customs authority

Payment of Fees: You must pay these fees directly to the customs authority or carrier upon delivery. Failure to pay may result in your package being returned to sender at your expense, with no refund issued.

7.2 Customs and Tariff Delays

International shipments may be delayed by customs inspection processes and tariff assessment procedures. These delays are beyond our control and are not included in estimated delivery times. Customs clearance and tariff determination can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks depending on your country and current trade policies.

Refused or Abandoned Packages: If you refuse to pay required tariffs, duties, or taxes, your package will be abandoned at customs or returned to sender. In such cases, SculptSkin cannot issue a refund, as the goods have been shipped as ordered. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees.

7.3 Restricted Destinations

While we ship to over 200 countries, certain locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or regulatory requirements. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Critical: Verify Your Shipping Address

SculptSkin is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. Please carefully verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped. If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

9.1 Delivery Confirmation

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Look around your delivery area (porches, mailrooms, etc.)
  • Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

9.2 ROUTE Protection (Optional)

Protect Your Order Against Loss, Damage, and Theft

We offer optional ROUTE package protection during checkout. This protection covers:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages (porch piracy)
  • Damaged packages

Important: Without ROUTE protection, SculptSkin cannot replace or refund orders lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. The liability falls on the customer. We strongly recommend adding ROUTE protection for peace of mind.

9.3 Our Error Policy

If we made an error with your shipping information or sent your order to the wrong address due to our mistake, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us immediately at [email protected].

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do Not Discard: Keep all packaging materials, boxes, and damaged items
  2. Document: Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  3. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 48 hours with photos
  4. Return Process: We will provide return instructions and send a replacement or issue a refund

11. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect Address (Customer Error): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to reship
  • Refused Delivery: Original shipping costs are non-refundable; product refund minus shipping fees
  • Unclaimed Package: If not claimed from carrier within hold period, return shipping costs apply

12. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for certain products)
  • Freight forwarding addresses
  • Countries under trade embargo or sanctions

13. Order Modifications and Cancellations

After Order Placement: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they enter processing. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped.

14. Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays), please allow additional processing and delivery time:

  • Processing may extend to 5–7 business days
  • Carrier delays are more common
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery

15. Force Majeure

SculptSkin is not liable for delays or failures to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics
  • Carrier strike
