We ship from our USA facilities via either USPS, UPS or FedEX for US Domestic Orders.
For orders abroad, we ship using DHL, Canada Post, or the corresponding mailing service in the destination country.
We are proud to provide FREE Shipping and WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
All our orders are professionally packaged. The upmost thought and care is taken when shipping your product.
Orders normally take between 1-5 business days for processing.
After professing your orders should be received in 1-2 weeks.

When can I expect to receive my order?
Most of our in-stock products ship in 1–5 business days, but please check the main product detail page for specific shipment timelines and back-order notifications.
We ship from California, Jersey and Kentucky. Your order will ship from the fulfillment center nearest you by default unless one or more of the shipments in your order is out of stock at that location.
Once your order enters the shipping process, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking number(s) so you can monitor the shipments.
Barring unexpected carrier delays, you should receive your shipment(s) within 1–8 business days from the date it shipped. We’re also happy to contact the shipper on your behalf if you have questions about your order once it’s on the way.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
SculptSkin are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
LOSS, DAMAGED, STOLEN/THEFT
SculptSkin offers protection against loss, damage, and theft via ROUTE. You must add route to your cart during the checkout process in order to protect your order against loss, damage, and stolen/theft. Failure to add ROUTE means the liability falls on you (the customer/purchaser). If ROUTE is not added SculptSkin is unable to replace the product.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
