SculptSkin stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
- Refreshed/Refurbished Devices: All refreshed products are final sale and cannot be returned unless received damaged during shipping
- Gift Cards: All gift cards are non-refundable and final sale
- Opened Skincare Products: Due to health and hygiene regulations, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless defective
- Customized or Personalized Items: Products customized to your specifications
2. Refund vs. Exchange Policy
2.1 Within 30-Day Window
Standard Policy: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for returns initiated and received within 30 days of delivery.
2.2 After 30-Day Window (Exceptions Only)
Important: Late Return Requests
The 30-day return window is firm. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. After 30 days, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be approved ONLY under extraordinary circumstances such as:
- Medical emergencies or extended hospitalization
- Natural disasters affecting your area
- Military deployment
- Verifiable shipping delays by the carrier
If approved after 30 days, we will offer store credit or product exchange only—no cash refunds. Contact help@sculptskinco.com with documentation of your circumstances.
3. Return Eligibility Requirements
3.1 Product Condition
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- In original, unused condition (unless defective)
- In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components
- Free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Include serial number verification (for devices)
3.2 Items We Cannot Accept
Returns will be rejected if products show:
- Signs of wear beyond normal inspection
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Hygiene issues (opened skincare products)
- Evidence of use inconsistent with testing/evaluation
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Refund Timeline
- Return Authorization: Obtain RMA number from return center
- Ship Within 15 Days: Package and ship within 15 days of authorization
- Inspection Period: 3–5 business days after receipt at our facility
- Refund Issued: 5–10 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear
Total Timeline: Allow 2–3 weeks from the time you ship your return for funds to appear in your account.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card
- PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account
- Gift Cards: For gifts or store credit returns
4.3 Refund Amount
Your refund will include the product purchase price minus applicable deductions:
- Product Cost: Full refund
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable (unless we made an error)
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (deducted from refund if prepaid label used)
- Restocking Fee: None (unless item is not in original condition)
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, shipping damage).
5.1 Return Shipping Options
Option 1: Self-Ship
- Use your preferred carrier
- Purchase insurance and tracking (recommended)
- Keep tracking number for your records
- Ship to address provided in return authorization
Option 2: Prepaid Return Label (If Provided)
- Label cost will be deducted from your refund
- Typically $8–$15 depending on package size and location

5.2 International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Customs clearance and duties (if applicable)
- Currency conversion fees
We recommend insured shipping with tracking for international returns.
6. Exceptions and Special Cases
6.1 We Will NOT Issue Refunds If:
- Incorrect Address: Your order doesn't arrive due to an incorrect shipping address you provided
- Product Suitability: You failed to review whether you're a suitable candidate for our devices before purchase
- Theft After Delivery: Your order was successfully delivered but subsequently stolen from your property (unless ROUTE protection was purchased)
- Change of Mind (Hygiene Products): Due to health and sanitation regulations, opened skincare products cannot be returned simply due to change of mind
- Expired Window: Return request submitted after 30 days without extraordinary circumstances
- Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior authorization (RMA number)
6.2 Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@sculptskinco.com
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- Keep all original packaging
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Choose replacement or full refund (including original shipping)
7. How to Initiate a Return
1Visit Our Return Center
Go to https://flexreturnapp.com/s/sculptskin to begin your return process. You will need your order number and email address.
2Complete Return Request
Provide the required information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Reason for return
- Product condition details
3Receive Return Authorization
You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions via email. This typically takes 24 hours.
4Package Your Return
Carefully package your return:
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Clearly write RMA number on outside of package
- Include copy of packing slip or order confirmation
5Ship Within 15 Days
Critical Deadline: Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving your RMA number. Returns received after this timeframe will be rejected and returned to sender at your expense.
6Track Your Return
Keep your tracking number and monitor delivery to our returns facility. Once received, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
8. Order Cancellations
8.1 Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. To cancel:
- Contact help@sculptskinco.com immediately
- Include your order number
- Request must be received within 4 hours of order placement
Once an order enters our packaging and shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
8.2 After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You must receive the order and initiate a standard return following our 30-day return policy.
9. ROUTE Package Protection
Optional Protection Against Loss, Damage & Theft
ROUTE package protection is available at checkout and covers:
- Lost packages (carrier confirmed)
- Stolen packages after delivery (porch piracy)
- Damaged packages during shipping
- Missing items from your order
Important: Without ROUTE protection, SculptSkin cannot issue replacements or refunds for packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery. The liability falls on the customer. We strongly recommend adding ROUTE for complete peace of mind.
10. Warranty Information
10.1 US Warranty Coverage
Applicable to US Purchases Only:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Try risk-free
- 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty: Covers defects in materials and workmanship
10.2 Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use inconsistent with product instructions
- Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
10.3 International Warranty
For Customers Outside the US: Warranty and return policies are determined by your place of purchase (retailer, distributor, or spa). Please consult your receipt or contact your seller directly for their specific policy.
11. Authenticity Verification
Authorized Seller Requirement:
Returns and warranties are ONLY valid for products purchased directly from:
- www.sculptskinmini.com (our official website)
- Authorized retail partners and distributors
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (marketplace sellers, auction sites, unverified retailers) may be counterfeit, used, or altered. These products are not covered by our return policy or warranty, and we cannot guarantee their safety or effectiveness.
12. Gift Returns
12.1 Gift Recipients
If you received a SculptSkin product as a gift:
- You may return it within 30 days of delivery
- A gift certificate will be issued for the product value
- Gift certificate will be emailed to you after inspection
- No cash refund available for gift purchases
12.2 Gift Purchasers
If you purchased a gift and the recipient returns it, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
13. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size:
- Return the original product for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Exception: Defective products can be exchanged directly. Contact us at help@sculptskinco.com for expedited replacement.

All returns require proof of purchase. Acceptable forms include:
- Order confirmation email
- Order number from your account
- Receipt or packing slip
